Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect a confirmation email of your order within 24 hours of the order being processed, and a shipping and tracking email within 3-5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at luxuryonalead@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
